Saturday the 23rd of February marked the last day of the series of seminars around the Youthday in Cameroon. We have some nice pictures of all the presenters and some few slogans as well as quotations for you. The management team is still working on a summarizing article on all the sessions that will be published here in due course. We thank all the presenters for their precious time devoted to inform and educate the Cameroonian community on variety of topics.

Herr AlainTchonang: "Ich bin mehrfacher deutscher Meister, sowie Afrikameister in Karate und durch gutes Mentoring habe ich nebenbei das Studium absolviert und bin heute ein Ingenieur"
Dr. med. I. Azeh begann zur Lockerung und Entspannung des Auditorius mit einigen Gymnastikübungen. Bewegung, Achtsamkeit für den eigenen Körper und die Gesundheit sind sehr wichtig.
Dr. med I. Azeh: "Krebsvorsorge (Prostatkrebs, Brustkrebs, Gebärmutterhalskrebs u.a.) ist kostenlos und sehr wichtig. Wir Kamerunern/Afrikanern leiden ebenfalls unter den verschiedenen Erkrankungen. Oft wissen wir nicht, welche Möglichkeiten uns das deutsche Gesundheitssystem bietet."
Dr. med I. Azeh: "Wieviel Euro haben Sie letztes Jahr für Ihr Auto und einen Service Check ausgegeben? Und wieviel Euro im Vergleich dazu für Ihre Gesundheit?"
Herr Constant Njakpa: "Je viens d' un quartier difficile de la côte d Ivoire. Je n ai jamais eu de Playstation. Je ne suis pas allé à l école, tout ce que je sais faire c' est jouer au football. Mon pieds est mon capital, mon meilleur ami."
